1) How long can I return the product I bought online?

• It is possible to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that it complies with the "right of withdrawal rules". From the date the product reaches us, the necessary controls are made and the product price is returned to the Consumer within the following 14 days.
• Depending on the terms of use of the product within 15 days to 3 months from the date the product reaches the consumer, returns are accepted with a 25% less price.
• If there is a purchase that exceeds 3 months, based on the date the product reaches the consumer, a 40% deduction is made and the return is accepted.
• The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in line with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.

2) How long can I exchange the product I bought?

• Within 14 days from the date of delivery, it is possible to change it, provided that it complies with the rules of the right of withdrawal. From the date the product reaches us, the necessary controls are made and the product is exchanged within the following 14 days.
• Depending on the price differences that may occur in different product requests, if the requested new product is at a lower price than the previous one, the difference is made as a refund, and if the price of the new requested product is higher than the product to be exchanged, additional payment is requested.
• The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in line with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions.
